Andres joined MA in January 2001 after graduating
in Law at the University of Barcelona (Abat Oliba-CEU) and specializing
in Shipping Law by attending the Master in Shipping Law and
Business at the Universidad Politéncia de Catalunya. Supporting
his training Andres had also the opportunity of a secondment
at two major Firms in London.

Andres is also a regular lecturer in the
Master of Shipping Business at the Universidad Politécnica de
Catalunya, Bar Association of Barcelona and Escuelas Universitarias
Salesianas de Sarrià.

In January 2007 Andres was made a partner
of our MA.

Andres specialises in marine insurance litigation, contract of carriage by sea and trade disputes, charterparty, collision, salvage, ship arrest, CMR and aviation.
