Javier joined MA in November 2005, after
graduating in Law at the University of Valencia and specializing
in Shipping Law by attending the Master in Shipping Law at the
University of Valencia. Javier had also the opportunity to improve
his practice at the legal department of the Valencia Port Authority.

He has a keen interest in oratory and effective communication. On January 2007 he won the oratory contest "Amadeo Maristany" organized by the BAR Association of Barcelona".
